GENERAL INFORMATION

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

1. Banquets available for all private events. Hours are between 11:00am to 4:00pm (Lunch) or between 6:00pm to 12:00am (Dinner). Private events are only for six hours and cannot go over mid night. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra charge and approval required.

2. Downstairs capacity: sit-down is 200 and upstairs capacity is 50. Except with functions or event that needs a dancing area, downstairs capacity is 150.

3. All prices from our catering menu are in addition to sales tax and service charge. Price includes set-up and cleaning for the banquet hall. Prices subject to change.

4. Security charges are in addition to catering prices and are individually based. Security is determined by group size, the nature of the event and the time. Minimum security charge is $600.00 from HSP. This is non-refundable.

5. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your event. A deposit will reserve the date and space. Entire balance is due one week prior to event. We accept cash, cashier’s check or credit card (VISA and Mastercard only).

6. Guarantee of the persons is your final count. You are responsible for that amount and no refund is given.

7. Children prices can be arranged if requested. Minimum of 100 adults required weekends. Minimum of 80 adults required weekdays.

8. Bar service is available. There is a $200.00 minimum charge for one bartender and designated time. No outside liquor or beer allowed.

9. Cake may be brought in for your party. Cake cutting service charge is $0.50 per person. Client is responsible for set up of cake.

10. Beverage and food may not be taken off the premises. No exceptions.

11. Set-up times must be arranged at the time of contract agreement. Set-up is allowed two hours prior to start time.

12. Entertainers must be approved by HSP prior to event. It is the responsibility of the organizer to make arrangements.

13. Deposits will not be accepted without a signed written contract and executive authorization.

14. No pre-sale tickets allowed at the door.

15. Rental room charge is waived with HSP catering services.

16. Rental room service includes: set-up, clean-up, tables and chairs and table cloths.
